Electronics Recycling
This year the WildBlue BBQ is going GREEN! Lyon-Coffey Electric will be hosting a drive-thru recycling drop-off in front of their office at 1013 N 4th Street. Free to all Coffey County non-commercial residents. Commercial/Businesses should call to make arrangements for collection outside of the event.
BBQ Cook-Off
Pit theme contest, dessert, hors d'oeuvres, Cook's Choice, and the Kansas City Barbeque sanctioned event! Prizes for many places including $500 for Grand Champion and $300 for Reserve Champion. Get registered and get smokin'!
BBQ Golf Tournament
Friday & Saturday mornings at 8:30 am at the Rock Creek Country Club. Shotgun start, 4-person scramble. Limited to 9 teams each day. Golf cart & lunch provided. $40/person. Rock Creek Country Club, 304 N 16th St. All proceeds go to scholarships. Print Flyer Call 620.364.2116 or e-mail to sign-up.
Horseshoe Contest
Saturday morning. Pitching takes place at the Kelly Park Horseshoe Pit (next to the 4-H Building).
Arts & Crafts
Friday evening and Saturday, vendors will be showcasing their products and services.

Kids Pedal Power Pull Competition
Saturday at 11 am. Age-group winners will qualify for the State Competition held at the Kansas State Fair (Hutchinson) later this summer. This event is sponsored entirely by Neosho Valley Energy. Pre-register Here!
Community Barbeque Meal
Saturday 11 am-1 pm sponsored by SADD. The competing teams will cook the meat for the meal. Tickets will be available for advance purchase for $5/Adult and $3/Child.
Musical Entertainment
Entertainment will be held throughout the day Saturday.
Kids Events
Saturday. The Coffey County Sheriff's Office will conduct an Ident-A-Kid event on Saturday. There will also be carnival style games for the kids to enjoy.
