Electricity hook-ups at the camp/pit sites at Kelley Park are included with your team registration fee. Water is available on-site. Sites along the Neosho River bank (east side of the park) are grass sites in the shade. Sites on the asphalt near the main entrance do not have shade.

Outdoor exhibitor areas line the driveway that runs through the park behind Kelley Hall. Indoor exhibitor booths are in the 4-H Building next to the horseshoe pits.
