Expo Exhibitors

Display Area

All booths are approximately 10' x 10'. Several display areas are available--indoors and outdoors. Booth assignments will be made at check-in. If you are using a canopy, please indicate that on the form so you can be placed in a location that accommodates your canopy.

Each participant is responsible for transportation, sales, table, chairs, and display needs.

Electricity

Electricity is available in some areas for an additional $10 fee, per booth and is limited to 500 watts per booth space. This fee is included for the booth space for both days. Participants are not required to be set-up for both days but the fee is the same.

Set-up | Tear-Down

There will be no parking on the grass. Exhibitors will need to complete set-up by 5:00 pm Friday, July 18th. After unloading, vehicles need to be driven to designated parking areas to allow parking for event-goers.

Expo hours are Friday 5:00-9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Tear-down can begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and must be completed by 6:00 pm that evening.

Liability

In no case will Lyon-Coffey Electric Cooperative Services, Inc.; the City of Burlington, Kansas; the Coffey County Fair Board; or anyone else associated with the barbeque cook-off be held responsible for accidents, damage or loss of property. Exhibitors should arrange for their own insurance, if such protection is desired.

You must still complete and sign an official Exhibitor Registration form and mail it to us with your registration fee.
